Once you have the exciting news that you are engaged, the marathon task of planning and executing your dream wedding begins. On average, a couple will be engaged for 20 months before they finally say ‘I do’ on the big day. Much of this time is spent planning every aspect of the event, for it to look exactly the way they want it to (and rightly so!).
So, we have put together some top tips for how you can achieve the perfect theme for your wedding!
- Pick the theme that’s right for you!
There will be trends and fashionable themes every year, but these may not be right for you. So, make sure you choose what you want, regardless of whether or not it is a trend that year! At Stage Set Productions, we love the original ideas and can help turn your ideas in to the perfect design brief!
- The venue
Make sure you put a lot of consideration in to your venue choice. This is going to be the ‘wow factor’ on your big day. Can you see your theme, colour scheme and decorations all looking the way you would want them to?
If you feel like you have found the perfect venue but can’t see how your settings will fit inside, don’t worry! We are able to create bespoke tables and dance floors in line with your theme and exact specifications, so everything can fit perfectly!
- Take your time
The decisions you make are important, so don’t feel pressured in to making decisions straight away. Take your time and make sure it’s right for you. We are big believers in making sure that everything is perfect for your wedding, even down to the finer details! So, when working on bespoke wedding items, whether they are tables, stages or mirrored floors – we make sure you are 100% happy with it all!
- Don’t stress the small things on the day
You will have already done the hard work! Months of planning has gone in to ensuring your wedding is how you want it. So, make sure you actually enjoy the day you worked so hard on. Here at Stage Set Productions, this is something we try our best to assist with. By setting up your furniture and set for you, it leaves you free to get the final touches in place and then get down to the important part, enjoying yourself!
